EmpowerHER Talks :
Join our virtual support group for women every Monday at 8 PM CST via Zoom. These weekly sessions offer real conversations, faith-based insight, and sisterhood centered on healing, self-worth, and personal transformation.
EmpowerHER Blooming into the Future :
This in-person mentoring program serves middle school girls from underserved communities. Hosted weekly on campus, the program focuses on confidence, character building, mental wellness, and discovering purpose.
Whether online or in-person, our mission is the same: to walk with you through healing and help you become the woman you were always meant to be.
StrongHer Society is here to support you, through both spiritual guidance and empowerment, every Monday night.

N’Dia did a wonderful job, she was her authentic self and that is what I appreciate the most. I did feel safe to speak, I usually don’t speak and participate but I felt like I wouldn’t be judged. The discussion was a good icebreaker for those of us who were newcomers because we’ve all dealt with some type of narcissistic individual or we may have been one ourselves at one point in our lives. I have already recommended and invited a friend who will be joining along with myself this upcoming meeting.

The Still Standing Prayer line is a great community of women encouraging and praying for one another. I am so grateful to be a part of that sisterhood. It has given me courage to pray out loud for friends and strangers. I look forward to Mondays every week now, it’s a time that I can fellowship with strong God-fearing women and feel the presence of God. The host is a breath of fresh air, she makes it comfortable for us to be open and vulnerable with each other in the presence of the Lord. I am truly grateful for her and the platform she created!

Hey my name is Janay H. And I am a day 1 participant of the 'Still Standing Prayer call line'. Being in this group is a blessing that you don’t know you need until you get in it. This group of ladies that is apart of this group are some women that are faith walkers and Jesus talkers. None of us are perfect and are still a work in progress but I thank God for the progress. This prayer call is for all women that in need of a sisterhood that is lead by God. The prayers are uplifting and the holy spirit moves. Many of us pray or go to church on Sunday but still feel like something is missing on Monday. And this prayer call is it. The Monday night, 'Still Standing Prayer call line'. It has blessed me tremendously and the prayers are powerful. I have personally seen results from the prayers made on this call line and I look forward to Monday Night’s at 9pm.
